At YVY & Healing, we take pride in offering unique, made-to-order products crafted just for you. Please note that since all our products are produced once ordered, we do not support returns or exchanges if the customer ordered the wrong size, color, or simply had a change of heart.

However, we stand by the quality of our products. In the unfortunate event of receiving a damaged item or experiencing a manufacturing error, You vs You & Healing is committed to providing a solution. Please reach out to our team within 30 days of product delivery by using the Faithful Inquiry Form. Upon submission, our team will promptly request a clear photo depicting the issue. For cases involving multiple products with the same design, an additional photo (or video) showing all affected items in one frame will be necessary for confirmation.

It's important to note that our production partner, will not be held responsible nor provide replacements or refunds for orders where the customer selected the wrong size or color.

In instances of unsuccessful delivery, you have the option to choose either a replacement with an additional charge or a partial refund. Our goal is to ensure your satisfaction, and we appreciate your understanding of our unique, made-to-order model.
